Choo's space : " 耶和华是我的牧者，我必不至缺乏"July 11 Melake Trip On 7th March 09Reported By Student : Trip To Malacca
On Saturday 7th March 09 morning, 34 INTI students were turned up for the Malacca trip. They were local students, China students, and Tanzania students. We started our journey at 8.15am. About one hour of bus ride, we reached our first destination, Mini Malaysia in Malacca. No one seemed to like it, probably because the entrance fee was expensive and they did not expect the trip to be of heritage learning. So we moved on to the next place. We took a group photo in front of Mini Malaysia entrance before we left. All of us jumped back in the bus and left for the second stop which was the Zoo Malacca.
At the zoo counter, we were greeted by some birds that were exhibited by the ticket counter. The entrance fee was RM7 per person without their student ID card and RM5 for students with their ID card. We entered the zoo seeing only birds at first. We soon stated seen some small furry animals all around like bush babies, squirrels and monkeys. We later moved deeper into the zoo where we saw some really extraordinary animals like the rhino. We went around looking at the other animals which were also interesting and soon all the groups started proceeding back to the exit. At 12noon, we entered the bus where we headed to Malacca town.
Malacca town was really nice and also there was a church that was built by Portuguese during 1795 AD. We reached A’ Famosa around 1.30pm. After taking some photos, then we went to Malacca Megamall that we took our lunch and did some shopping till 5.00 pm. We returned to the place where INTI bus dropped us. On our way back we stopped at Jejantas Restaurant and we were having our dinner till 7:30 pm then we went back to INTI. We reached INTI about 8.30pm.
At the end of the day, we did not only get tired but we got the chance to get to know more friends. we enjoyed themselves very much during the trip. Especially for the international students, we believed they learned more about the history of Malaysia in Malacca rather than just studied in the classroom.
January 29 Year 2009!Year 2009 is coming, many people wish one another has a Prosperous Life and Happy New Year. Many people think that a Prosperous life is equal to Happy life. However, for this new year , i would like to share about a Prosperous Life in 2009. To have a Prosperous life, we should not only looking at the thing we can see but also the thing we cannot see which is spiritual realm. Bible told us that whatever that is bound on earth, will be bound in heaven . Spiritual war was started many years between Satan and God. To have a Prosperous Life on earth, we should have a Prosperous Life in heaven or we must have a victory in our spiritual life on earth. Whether we like it or not, the spiritual war was started many years ago. So we should fight against our enemy Satan or find against "sin". Human always sin against God, no matter in our thinking, our emotion or our action. <James 1: 3-4 > " Consider it pure joy, my brothers,whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything." <James 1 : 12> " Blessed is the man who perseveres under trials, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him. " Finally, i used these verses to enter 2009 year < 1 Peter 4: 7- 10>. " Therefore be cleared minded and self controlled so that you can pray. Above all, love each other deeply , because love covers a multitude of sins. Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various form. " Happy Chinese New Year!
